Successful James Bond themed incentive with Qincentive – 2 nights Istanbul, 2 nights Cappadocia

Day 1 of his unique incentive started in Istanbul at the rooftop restaurant 360, that was turned into a night club with dancing until sunrise.  Day 2 was the start of the mission with a treasure hunt through the old town and great bazaar with different tasks along the way like learning to dance like a Turk, how to bargain like a local followed climbing over the rooftops of the Grand Bazaar just like James Bond!

Every Incentive needs to have a positive effect on the local community so late in the afternoon, we organized a small solidarity event where we collected some essentials to support the earthquake victims. Prior to their arrival, the client asked us to provide them with a list of items for the material needs or those affected by the earthquake. This was a very touching moment but also comforting because it made us feel like we were doing something helpful!

That night they enjoyed a cruise with dinner and a DJ playing background music.  The boat then docked at Istanbul’s greatest nightclub: Sortie, where the guests enjoyed the night in their VIP reserved area.

Next morning and even though we were tired from the past 2 days everyone was excited to catch the plane to Cappadocia! A surprise BBQ was waiting for them in a valley. Once rested, their new mission was waiting for them! A Quad Safari in between the Cappadocian valleys! On their way to the starting point, two Jeeps cut their road and agents kidnapped our agents and led them to their Quads!  Mission accomplished; they’ve had a blast!

Once we arrived at the hotel (a beautiful troglodyte cave hotel), we moved to the terrasses and enjoyed cocktails while debriefing on the experiences of the day. Then they went into their rooms to change and get ready for their gala dinner.

The gala dinner took place at the Guray Museum of Pottery, all the decorations were worthy of Mr Bond’s subtle tastes! A live duo accompanied the welcome cocktail and in the first part of the dinner followed by an awards ceremony and an exquisite dinner. The evening ended with a live singer’s interpretation of Skyfall (goosebumps guaranteed!). The DJ took over the night and played until 4 am!

Wakeup call at 04:50 to be up and ready in the lobby at 05:05 am! If you wake up this early in Cappadocia, it is for one only reason: Hot air balloon riding! Before heading to the airport, our guests enjoyed the magical views of the hot air balloons swinging and drifting among the valleys. What a perfect way to end a trip!
