Pearl welcomes Sarah Ewen to the team as Senior Sales Manager – MICE

After studying Travel and Tourism Management at University, Sarah started her career with TUI travel based overseas as a Holiday Representative and after 3 years she was promoted to a Resort Team Manager working within Europe and the Caribbean holiday destinations. After 9 years working overseas, Sarah returned to UK to continue her career with TUI in various roles finishing off with a role organising and running the internal events for TUI’s retail estate.  Sarah then moved over to the MICE agency side working on a variety of accounts as a service delivery manager responsible for venue find, event & account management and ultimately joining the sales team looking after clients from the Legal and Financial sectors.

Sarah then decided to take up a new challenge to experience the hotel side of the industry, initially taking on the Role of Director of Sales at a hotel in Birmingham. With Sarah’s passion for MICE, she took on the opportunity to represent a number of large luxury hotels in Scotland specialising in high end incentives and conferences. Sarah is very excited to have joined the team at Pearl to represent a wider portfolio of luxury Hotels & DMC’s from across the globe.

Whilst at home Sarah enjoys long walks with her two Cocker Spaniels and riding and competing on her horse between her travels.
